Can't fault this song in any way. Those dark pads with those lush vocals and stunning piano licks are so beautiful. This Way and Heaven put me in a happy place. So glad I still have a copy
I'm finding all this awesome music on youtube uploading cassettes I taped off the radio (JJJ Mixup) back in the 90s. I haven't heard this since maybe 1995/6. Beautiful.
If you haven’t already, treat yourself to listening to Nick Warren’s ethereal masterpiece remix of this on his Back to Mine Album from 1993. Just mind bendingly beautiful, improves on the original massively.
This is the best Jungle song ever made in my opinion, and the weird thing is that I've listened since the mid 90's, and NEVER heard this song till about last year, and I've almost been listening to it every day since then. You'll ask how come I've never heard of it, well, we had a limited selection of Jungle in NYC, but also I was pretty young to buy records too lol.
Skana is a real maestro! A year later he changed his name into space manouvres and produced sick progressive house! Big respect to this full talented guy
No way,,,,,, he is Space Manoeuvres.... Never knew that, Jungle and Deep House and Trance was my main 3 styles of music in mu late teens and early 20's... But this tune way ahead of it's time... One of my all time classics..
Artist's name is John Graham, but also known in the progressive scene as Quivver, also as Stoneproof. He also became part of Tilt. Hugely talented artist who has a signature menacing, dark sound.
LTJ Bukem brought me here, by far the best track in Seduction 3. Master class in in Jungle, Skanna was really channelling some serious energy in this track.
The sound FX at 2.30 is the same as in the intro of Evil Dead the first, when the spirit arose from the ground and chases them into the house, except that he catches the girl in the garden first and twists some vines around her legs and pops a branch inside her minge hole... Except that in this version the girls sais this way instead of eep. did you all think the same thing?
Skanna had perfection in his tracks in them days always mixed & blended so well.this. loved mixing this with invisible Man the beginning on timeless records.
back in those days only people who understand music released vinyls and were doing real things...today everybody can be DJ due to synths and auto DJ software...and the music goes down with every new single released... for example RAM records..they used to do things like The Biginning from Moving fusion...and look RAM records today... sad story. The music is devolving.
Desert island one for me. Skanna Forever <3
Drum and Base….we Need Jungle im affraid
Love this tune. Have it on vinyl. Amazing tune. Definitely don't make em like this anymore
Skanna = Quivver

Does anyone know what the effect that comes in around 2:08 is called? Really adds a lot to the track
Лисица под эту музыку радуется танцует и веселиться 🦊
Amazing to think this is by John 'Quivver' Graham before he started to do Progressive House, Beautiful piece of music.

The future still hasn’t caught up with this tune 30 years later ❤

I finally understood that music is for enjoying your ears instrumentally.
Remember picking this up from Bangin Tunes in Coventry wayyy back, absolute classic.
This is one of my absolute favourites such a wicked tune 🤟
Magic
Oh god, Skanna nailed it. Something about this track is just magical, the atmosphere it creates is unobtainable any where else.
Those chords at 0:50 and the way the breaks just meld into them... special track. Getting me through the coronavirus 31/3/20
Well said, I could not have put it better myself.
You know 👌
Yep. Getting lost in the tunes remembering the times before the world turned to shit. The lat decade we felt truly free. X

Agreed....RAM are shit now. Unlistenable.....but we can't knock them for making money, we just mourn the loss of a once great label!
